19. The photographer had it coming. He told him to turn it off several times and he didn't listen. Gary didn't look like he was in a good mood to begin with and the photographer was just screwing with him. Now I will watch CSI more often. Good for him, more celebs should go off like him.

29. I'm sorry but I've siding with Gary Dourdan this time. TMZ photographers represent the absolute worst of the paparazzi. To claim this was an unprovoked attack is laughable. TMZ agitates celebrities precisely in order to get a response like this. Dourdan's reaction was definitely appropriate.

30. Boycotting CSI is rather childish.
I love watching CSI – It is a great show
Photographers need to respect A –lister's/ D-lister’s personal space.
I would of gave him a warning too, then knocked his camera & him to the ground.lol
